Not everyone feels comfortable exercising in a gym. Jana will arrange to meet at your home or a place that is convenient for you, such as your work, a nearby park or beach. She will bring the necessary equipment and can work with any of the equipment you may already have. Mobile Personal Training brings fitness, health and well-being right to your home or workplace along with many advantages

Personal training fees – all prices GST inclusive

$30 for 30 minutes

$50 for 60 minutes
