The physiotherapy services are situated in Avondale (click here for full location details).
No doctor’s referrals necessary. ACC claims can be lodged through the physiotherapy clinic.
If you have been referred, the referrer can email me a referral or give you a hard copy along with any instructions.
Please bring any relevant referral notes or specialist reports and investigations (such as x-rays, ultrasounds or MRI scans) along with you to your first appointment. We have shorts and gowns available for your use, however you may feel more comfortable in your own shorts and/or singlet.

- Supervised exercise prescription;
Strengthening and stretches, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning with physiotherapist to ensure best technique and maximum results
- Electrotherapy;
TENS, therapeutic ultrasound, etc
- Home Exercise Programmes
